Foundation Recognition

The Rotary Foundation offers a number of opportunities to show its appreciation to individuals for supporting grants and programs.


Individual Recognition:

Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member - Contributions of $100 or more each Rotary year to the Annual Fund.

Paul Harris Fellow -  Contributions of $1,000 or more cumulatively to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, Disaster Response Fund or an approved global grant.    An individual can reach this status with a combination of dollars and recognition points.

Multiple Paul Harris Fellow - Recognition is given at subsequent $1,000 levels up to PHF+8 at which point the individual donor is at the $9,000 or more mark.

Paul Harris Society - Individuals who choose to contribute $1,000 or more each Rotary year to TRF are eligible to join the Paul Harris Society.

Major Donor - Individuals or couples whose contributions reach $10,000.  This recognition level can only be achieved through personal contributions and not through recognition points.  There are 4 levels of Major Donor recognition with Level 4 being at $100,000 to $249,999 in personal contributions.

Arch Klumph Society - Donors who contribute $250,000 or more become members of the Arch Klumph Society.  Portraits and biographies of Arch Klumph Society members are housed in the digital Arch Klumph Gallery on the 17th floor of Rotary International World Headquarters in Evanston, IL.

Benefactor - An individual who notifies TRF in writing that he or she has made a provision in their estate plan for TRF in the amount of $1,000 or more or who makes an outright gift of $1,000 or more to the Endowment Fund.

Bequest Society - Couples or individuals who have made commitments in their estate plans totaling $10,000 or more.


Club  Recognition:

100% Foundation Giving - Awarded to clubs that achieve an average of $100 in per capita giving and 100% participation with every active member contributing some amount to TRF. 

100% Paul Harris Fellow Club - Every active member of the club must be a Paul Harris Fellow in a given Rotary year. 

100% EREY Sustaining Club - Club must achieve a $100 per capita to the Annual Fund and every active member must personally contribute $100 or more to the Annual Fund during the Rotary year.

Top Three Per Capita Clubs in Annual Fund Giving - Top 3 clubs recognized in Annual Fund per capita giving.  Clubs must have achieved a minimum of $50 per capita to be eligible.

100% Paul Harris Society Club - Every active member has made a commitment to contribute $1,000 annually to TRF and has joined the Paul Harris Society Club.
