August is Membership Month for Rotary. In District 6420 our total membership has continued to decline, especially over the last two and a half years of the Covid pandemic. Past Rotary International President, Shekhar Mehta, wisely observed that with so much need in the world Rotary must “grow more to do more.”

Have you heard about the District's contingency fund? Typically, they are used for natural disasters in our area.  This year, the District Leadership chose to use the funds differently...

Congratulations! The District 6420 Polio Plus Society is officially launched! Are you a member?

 

Did you know we've contributed $686,883 to Polio Plus as a district?  How much would that be if you add the 2:1 match from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation?

District Grant Success!

Thanks to the hard work of many Rotarians throughout District 6420 the 2022-2023 District Grant Application season was a great success.

The Rotary Club of Sycamore closed out year 2021-2022 by serving over 500 dinners at a drive-thru event to raise money to help refugees in Ukraine.
