Get ready for one of the tastiest competitions of the summer! The Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Club invites Rotarians, family, friends, and community members to the 2026 Rib Fest on Saturday, July 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Viking Lanes parking lot in South Beloit (IL).
This annual showdown features local fire departments going head-to-head for community bragging rights, the coveted Rib Fest trophy, and the title of Best Rack of Ribs.
The best part? You get to be the judge. Sample the competitors’ ribs, enjoy delicious sides, and cast your vote for your favorite.
For just $15, attendees receive ribs, sides, and the opportunity to help crown this year’s champion.
