The Four-Way Test
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

The first Rotary Club in the world was organized in Chicago, IL USA on 23 February 1905 by Paul P. Harris, a young lawyer, who gathered together in a spirit of friendship and understanding, a group of men, each of whom was engaged in a different form of service to the public. Rotary International has grown to 31,257 clubs with a membership of 1,243,431 men and women in 530 districts in 164 countries as of September 30, 2002.
