Marseilles Rotary's Foster Grandparents Program

One of the Marseilles Rotary Club's most successful community projects is the Foster Grandparents Program.  Above are some of the students who participate in this great program.

Club Secretary Kent Terry introduces the students to the Marseilles Rotary Club.

Don Lockas trades in his bad jokes for a chance to be a choir director.  Here he leads the club and children in the singing of "America".

This student isn't quite sure what to make of club secretary Kent Terry.

Bill Kuiper enjoys three of the students involved in the foster grandparent's program.

Who better to keep a child entertain than a grandparent.  The Club's very own sage Bud Spencer plays the role of grandparent quite well.

There are plenty of grandparents in our club, and here Chuck Newton and Don Lockas show how well they can clean off tables.

Check out the boy in the white shirt.... and then look at the picture below......

Kent Terry's wife leads the children in a song to entertain the club members at their special message.

.....It would appear that boys never grow up.  Here Dennis Berquist has some fun with his wife and fellow Rotarian Michele Berquist.

Each student who participates in the club's foster grandparents' program receives a certificate and a highly coveted paw print pin.

Kent Terry passes out the certificates as the children try to put on their paw print pins.

After eating and enjoying a great program PE Ralph Conforti
sits and chats with two of the boys involved in the program.
