Vocational Study Team
The Vocational Study Team program of The Rotary Foundation is a unique cultural and vocational opportunity to areas in different countries for business and professional non-Rotarians and a Rotarian team leader. For four to six weeks, the team will focus on one or more of the six areas of focus Rotary has prioritized for that area of the country, train and develop a working relationship with the people of that country.
The six areas of focus are: 1. Peace and conflict prevention/treatment 2. Disease prevention and treatment 3. Water and sanitation 4. Maternal and child health 5. Basic education and literacy 6. Economic and community development.
Purpose: Promote participation in the Vocational Study Team by informing the District Clubs of the purpose and goals of Vocational Study Teams.
