Purpose:

      Upon consulting with the District Governor, District Governor Elect, District Governor Nominee, District Governor Nominee Elect and all district committee chairs, the finance committee meets in January to prepare a proposed budget of income and expenses. This proposed budget is then provided to all incoming club presidents for their review four weeks before the district assembly. At the district assembly club president elects are required to vote on this proposed budget. The committee consists of at least six members plus the committee chairperson.
